Hip adduction - inner thigh/groin
Hip extension - glutes/hamstring
Scapular protraction & retraction
Shoulder external rotation
Elbow pronation & supination
Thoracic rotation

End with a movement pathway from butterfly to half 90/90 that puts your newly trained hips to use!
