In this Kinstretch® class you will train:

Hip internal rotation
Hip flexion - hamstring stretch
Scapular rotation/retraction/protraction
Shoulder rotation
Elbow rotation
Spinal flexion/extension

End with a movement pathway from a supine rollup to a pistol squat to that puts your newly trained hips to use!
