Hip adduction - inner thighs
Hip abduction - outer hip
Hip rotation - learn the difference between a hip circle and an articulated hip circle
Knee rotation
Scapular rotation/retraction/protraction/elevation/depression
Shoulder rotation
Spinal flexion challenge
Spinal lateral flexion

End with a movement pathway to that puts your newly trained hips to use!
